rockaway beach, in queens, new york, a community torn apart by the fury of hurricane sandy. rubble and debris still piled up along the 11 miles of homes and businesses. like many other kids in this storm-ravaged neighborhood, these students at st. rose of lima school in the rockaways, have had little to smile about, since the storm came through nearly two months ago. but on this day, there are plenty of smileses a s ans and hopes, thanks to a couple of warm-hearted guys from cleveland, ohio....
